Sampson Southeastern Business Complex (Clinton)
The Clinton Annex has approximately 799 acres; approximately 466 acres are still available. All infrastructure is in place. Prices begin at $6,000 per acre. Site is served by 10" and 12" water lines, 4" natural gas lines & 15" sewer lines. Owners are John Weeks, Joe Weeks, Stanley Carr, Hugh Barwick and Clifton Daughtry.

Garland

Park is located off Highway 701. Nine acres make up this new industrial site. Price per acre will be $3,000. Owned by Town of Garland. Town will provide water and sewer and three-phase electricity to potential resident; no natural gas.

J. B. Warren Industrial Park (Newton Grove)

Located between I-40 and US 13 is 55 acres of prime land; 40 minutes from Raleigh; 60 minutes from Raleigh/Durham International Airport. Water is on property and sewer line is in place with capability to increase. Natural gas is near and can be extended. Sold to Committee of 100 by Britt Warren; has a three-year option on the land.

Roseboro Industrial Park (Roseboro)

Located on Highway 24 just east of Roseboro. Has approximately 44.04 acres 25 are usable; 16 acres are still available. Water/sewer, natural gas, street lights and paved road are already in place. Mid-South Trucking has purchased 9.39 acres and currently operates a large truck repair and maintenance facility.
